Common vision of every Strugan citizen, today more than ever, it must be, STRUGA MODERN CITY, POL ATTRACTION AND TOURIST DESTINATION, MAINTAINING ITS MULTICULTURAL IDENTITY, WITH WEALTH AND CULTURAL TRADITIONS, WITH ARTISTIC AND SPIRITUAL EVENTS, SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF ALL...

But MODERNIZATION cannot be done WITHOUT URBANIZATION of the city, which is currently not happening today in Struga, with the Mayor of the Municipality NON GRATA Ramis(with) Merko, which is evidenced by DETAILED URBAN PLANS approved two decades ago which are still in force and hinder the DEVELOPMENT of Struga, on the other hand, no steps are taken to change them, here are some examples :

1. Basic Plan - General Urbanistics, – 2007 – 2017, expired on 7 quick, it is still in use and the procedure for its change has not been initiated,

2. Detailed Urban Plan, per Lagjjen Teferic – 19.06.2001. -, mbi 22 years unchanged, it is still in use and the procedure for its change has not been initiated,

3. Detailed Urban Plan, for NJ. – 2 -, 30.07.1997. – mbi 26 years unchanged, it is still in use and the procedure for its change has not been initiated,

4. Detailed Urban Plan, for NJ. – 4 -, EAST, 14.03.2003. – mbi 20 years unchanged, it is still in use and the procedure for its change has not been initiated,

With the budget of the Municipality of Struga, you plan to spend on 279.000.00 €uro for changing and bringing new Urban Plans for the years 2022-2023, Change the Urban Plans because you have turned Struga into a dead end…

The common vision of every student in Struga, today more than ever, should be, STRUGA MODERN CITY, ATTRACTION CENTER AND TOURIST DESTINATION, PRESERVATION OF MULTICULTURAL IDENTITY, WITH CULTURAL WEALTH AND TRADITIONS, WITH ARTISTIC AND SPIRITUAL ATTRACTIONS, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF EVERYONE…

But, MODERNIZATION cannot be done WITHOUT URBANIZATION of the city, something that is not currently happening today in Struga, with the Mayor of the Municipality of NON GRATA Ramis(with) Merko, and what is evidenced by the URBAN PLANS adopted two decades ago which are still in force and hinder the DEVELOPMENT of Struga, and on the other side, take no steps to change them, and here are some examples:

1. The general – The Basic Urban Plan - validity of 2007 – 2017 year, expired more than 7 years, it is still in use and no procedure has been initiated to change it.

2. Detailed Urban Plan for the Suburban Settlement – TEFERICH – from 19.06.2001 year. -, unchanged more than 22 years, it is still in use and no procedure has been initiated to change it,

3. Detailed Urban Plan, for U.E. – 2 -, from 30.07.1997 g. – more than 26 unchanged for years, it is still in use and no procedure has been initiated to change it,

4. Detailed Urban Plan, for U.E. – 4 -, East -, from 14.03.2003 g. – unchanged more than 20 years, it is still in use and no procedure has been initiated to change it,

With the budget of Struga Municipality, you planned to spend over 279.000,00 €vra for change and adoption of new Urban Plans for the years 2022 -2023 year, Change the Urban Plans because you have brought Struga to a dead end…
