The first family from Ukraine arrived in Struga

The well-known Strugan activist, Albert Hani has hosted a family from Ukraine in his house in Struga. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has caused the displacement of millions of Ukrainians from their countries, mostly women, old man and child. The largest number of them have left for neighboring countries such as Poland, Moldova and Rumania, but there is a significant number who have fled to other European countries, but also in the Balkans, VOX writes Struga.

According to the data, there are some Ukrainian families who have already found shelter in North Macedonia, while until now, the first confirmed case in our city is that of the sê family sheltered at Albert Hani's house.

The photo was published on the Facebook social network by the professor and other Strugan activist, Respect Pollozhani.

“The first Ukrainian family in Struga comes to the generosity of Albert Hani's family. Respect”, Pollozhani wrote./voxstruga.mk/
