“SDSM protects Merkon, Boçvarski not to make fun of the Struga people” / “SDSM is defending Merko, Bochvarski to play with Struga”

The Coalition Alliance for Albanians and Alternatives calls on the Minister of Transport and Communications, Blagoj Boçvarski not to underestimate the intelligence of the public in general and the citizens of Struga in particular, but end crime and urban chaos in Struga.

Today Minister Bochvarski, wanting to obscure public opinion and evade responsibility regarding the demand of the civil sector, continued with the ping-pong of competencies between central and local government.

We remind the minister that the ministry he heads and the Government where he belongs, in many cases even unjustly, when reminded, they took away the powers of the mayors led by the Albanian opposition. Same thing, now it can rightly do the same with Struga to end the capitulation of Ramiz Merko and save the citizens and the status of the Lake in UNESCO.

Minister Boçvarski stated today that local elections are a solution to Merko's discipline. We want to remind him when it comes to the interests of SDSM and their bargains, those who have long disciplined DUI officials. When it comes to elections, citizens remember well how his leader, Zoran Zaev went to Struga to support Merko against the Albanian opposition, while currently SDSM is in coalition with DUI in the Municipal Council in Struga where it supports and approves everything that Merko and his clan do.
