For the organization of the GENERAL PUBLIC CALL FOR PROFESSIONAL DISCUSSION AND PUBLIC PRESENTATION WITH PUBLIC DISCUSSION, for Amendment and completion of the PGJU for the Block 30, the northern part of the city of Struga, KK Morovisht, Municipality of Struga, plan period 2021-2031, Draft Plan
With this Decision, professional discussion and public presentation with public discussion on "Amendment and completion of the General Urban Plan for the Block" are organized 30, The Northern part of Struga City, KK Morovisht, Municipality of Struga, for the ten-year planning period 2021-2031, plan proposal made by EVRO DEKOR shpk Koçan, me nr.tek.02-12/2021-1, from the month of May 2022.

This plan will be available for review for professional opinion and will be presented publicly from the date 22.02.2023 up to date 24.03.2023 on the website of the Municipality of Struga as well as in the IT system "e-urbanism", but also in written form (hard copy), and a copy of the amendment and completion of the General Urban Plan for the Block 30, The Northern part of Struga City, KK Morovisht, The Municipality of Struga will be exhibited for consideration by the public opinion in the spaces of the Municipality of Struga.
The public discussion will be held on the date 27.03.2023 at time 12:00 in the premises of the Municipality of Struga.
The professional discussion will be held on the date 03.04.2023 at time 12:00 in the spaces of the municipality of Struga.
Participants in the professional discussion can submit their comments no later than 15 days from the day of holding the professional discussion.
The remarks will be an integral part of the minutes from the professional discussion on the basis of which the report from the professional discussion is compiled, drawn up by the professional commission formed by the Mayor of Struga Municipality.
