Big action against “illegal fish” in Struga / Great counter action “illegal fish” Struga

On 23.09.2022 in the period from 04.00 to 16.00 o'clock in the waters of Lake Ohrid, from the mouth of the Sateska river to the village of Radozda, Struga, police officers from the Police Station for Border Surveillance "Ohrid Lake" and representatives from the State Inspectorate for Agriculture – Ohrid took strengthened measures and activities to detect cases of illegal fishing. They were found there 15 hanging fishing nets with a total length of 6000 meters with a total catch of 774 pieces of Ohrid whiting fish, in a total weight of 80,5 kilograms. The catch was handed over to the Ohrid Prison Penitentiary. Measures are being taken to clear the case

By date 23.09.2022 in the period from hour 04:00 until 16:00 in the waters of Lake Ohrid, from the confluence of the river Sateska to the village of Radozhdë in Struga , police officers from the Border Surveillance Police Station "Lake Ohrid" and representatives from the State Inspectorate for Agriculture – Ohrid took reinforced measures and activities to detect cases of illegal fishing. During this they were found 15 fishing nets with a total length of 6000 m, in total 774 piece of Belushka Ohri, with total weight 80.5 pounds. The fish were delivered to the INP - Ohrid Prison. Measures are being taken for the full clarification of the case.
