Prof. dr. Nebi Dervishi - laureate of the National Award "Ali Vishko" for the year 2020

Association for Culture and Art "Tradition", in the VII Edition in a row of the cultural manifestation "The League unites us", Ali Vishko National Award for the year 2020, has been awarded by Prof. Dr. Nebi Dervishit.

This price, given for vital work, outstanding contribution and achievements of special importance in the field of education, Albanian science and culture and have gained the same so far: Prof. Dr. Avzi Mustafa (2015), Prof. Dr. Remzi Nesimi (2016), Prof. Dr. Tahir Zajazi (2017), Prof. Dr. Reshat Nexhipi (2018) and Xhemaledin Salihu (2019).

This year, after the announcement of the competition, and review of proposals reached, Relevant Commission, headed by Prof.. Dr. Zeqirja Idrizi, decided that the Ali Vishko National Award, for the year 2020, to be shared with the renowned historian, Prof. Dr. Nebi Dervishit.

Professor Dervishi is currently a regular lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Tetova and one of the well-known scholars and personalities of Albanian historiography..

His many years of participation and activity in the field of education in preserving and cultivating tradition and various professional activities represent an important segment in his life and work so far..

In scientific and professional opinion he is known as a fruitful creator and tireless employee of Albanian education..

From the analysis of his opus can be seen the results that show the successful and continuous scientific development, over several decades as well as fruitful activities at the faculty where he lectures and beyond.
