Lawyers Ardian Demiri: The Strasbourg court can release the convicts from PSP cases

Well-known lawyer from Struga, Ardian Demiri predicted a few years ago that such a scenario could happen, where the tried and convicted from the cases pursued by the Special Prosecution, seek justice at the Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

"At that time I publicly declared that none of these people, whom the then PSP prosecuted for criminal offenses according to the PSP law, there is no jail time either, but not to be judged", Demiri stated.

Guest on the Klan Macedonia newscast, Ardian Demiri clarifies that most likely the Strasbourg Court will approve the applications of all those abolished by former President Ivanov, because, as the lawyer explains, the president did not have the powers to withdraw the abolition.

"Zoti Ivanov, at the moment he gave the abolition for these 56 person, he no longer had the tax nor the power to withdraw them after a week because it is logical that a right acquired in advance, can no longer be abrogated", explained Ardian Demiri.

Will they be able to win freedom from this court?, convicts like Nikola Gruevski, Sasho Mijallkov and others?

According to the lawyer Ardian Demiri, The ICJ in Strasbourg will approve the applications of the accused and they will be released. With this according to him, the state and citizens will pay compensation for them, forward Clan Macedonia

"My opinion is that tomorrow, The Strasbourg Court will approve the applications of these suspects or accused in Macedonia and with this, unfortunately, all that fame of establishing the PSP and all those procedures, it will fall down and unfortunately for us, all of us, to these persons who are being judged or who are in prisons, us as citizens, the entire state will have to pay them corresponding damages for serving the sentence", declared lawyer Demiri.

Damage according to Demir, it has already been done and only the consequences are awaited.

"These people, 56 taxatively counted in the decision to abolish Ivanov's list, there should be no judgment for these. It is another matter how the state deals with Mr. Ivanov. Is there abuse of office or not?? In the present case, it is a political and legal matter for the future, but in the present case, for these 56 persons The Strasbourg Court will approve the applications in tomorrow's session", completed the clarification , Ardian Demiri, well-known lawyer from Struga./KlanMacedonia
