Criminal charges against a resident of Labunista

Due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offense "failure to act in accordance with health regulations during an epidemic", OVR Struga filed criminal charges against I.D.(48), from the Struga village of Labunista. On 31.03.2020 in 01.20 pm, when controlling for consistent implementation of restricted movement measures, Police officers near the village found the suspect driving a passenger car. He did not have a proper movement permit during curfew.
